What size is right for me?
- 10' Portager: Best for all-around use, beginners, and smaller paddlers. Easier to maneuver, lighter to carry, and great for casual paddling, shorter outings, or bringing a kid or dog along. Supports up to 250 lbs.
- 11'6" Portager: The most versatile option. It offers a balance of stability, glide, and capacity. It's ideal for most paddlers, longer paddles, or carrying extra gear. Supports up to 350 lbs.
- 12'6" Portager: Built for heavier loads and extreme stability. Best for larger paddlers, multiple paddlers, extra gear. Supports up to 650 lbs.
If you're unsure, the 11'6" is the safest bet for most people. It does a little bit of everything.

Yes. The Portager has multiple d-rings and is compatible with our kayak seat and kayak chair.

Is it OK for my dog?
Yes. Constructed of military grade 1.2mm, triple-layer PVC, dog claws are no problem. We encourage you to take your dog paddle boarding.
How many fins does it have?
The 10' Portager has a tri-fin setup - one center fin and two side fins - for added stability and improved tracking on a shorter board length.
On the longer 11'6" and 12'6" Portager models, a single fin paired with a displacement nose enhances straight-line tracking and delivers efficient glide.
Can I use it in salt water?
Yes. The Portager can be used in salt water or fresh water. Like anything in the ocean, a quick, fresh-water rinse before long term storage is recommended.
