Designed for use on PVC inflatables like paddle boards, kayaks, docks, and more, these durable patches provide a clean, watertight surface that helps extend the life of your gear.

Each set includes a high-strength adhesive and brush applicator. The glue is formulated for PVC surfaces and works seamlessly with the included PVC patch material for reliable repairs.

Versatile Patch Options:

• Wood Grain Set comes with one large patches: ideal for covering larger areas and matching the look of most Paddle North inflatables.

• Tan Set includes one small patch: ideal for varied repair jobs or side rail repair.

How to Use

Fully deflate the product and clean the damaged area with fresh water. Let it dry completely.

Cut the patch so it extends at least ½ inch beyond the damaged area on all sides.
Apply PVC glue using the brush evenly to both the patch and the repair area.
Allow the glue to become tacky, then firmly press the patch into place.
Apply steady pressure for several minutes to remove air bubbles.
Let cure for at least 12 hours before reinflating. Full bond strength is reached after 24 hours.
Inflate your product once properly cured and spray soapy water around the patch to make sure no bubbles arise.

Helpful Tip

Warm temperatures improve adhesion. Avoid repairs in cold or damp conditions.
