FAQs
Returns can happen within 30 days of receipt of the product. The product can be used, but not have any physical damage. You are required to pay for any shipping in a return.
We have a comprehensive 2 year warranty on all of our products, accessories and gear. If there is an issue, we will either fix or replace it.
A pre-order is something we offer when a product is out of stock. If a product says pre-order online, it is out of stock at all stores. You can then pre-order it for the next production batch.
