Keep your pump running like new. This replacement O-ring and silicone grease kit restores air seal performance and smooth pumping action on your Paddle North manual SUP pump.
Over time, normal use can dry out seals and reduce efficiency. A quick refresh with fresh grease and a new O-ring helps prevent air leaks, reduces friction, and extends the life of your pump.
Installation Instructions
  1. Unscrew the top cover and remove the pump handle and shaft from the pump body.
  2. Slide the old O-ring off the piston head and wipe the area clean.
  3. Install the new O-ring on the piston head.
  4. Apply a thin, even layer of silicone grease to the new O-ring.
  5. Lightly grease the inside of the pump barrel for smooth movement.
  6. Reinsert the shaft and tighten the top securely.
Do not over-grease. A light coating is all that’s needed for a proper seal.Simple to install and ideal for routine maintenance or emergency repair, this kit is a must-have spare for anyone who depends on their pump getting them on the water fast.
