How does the Accident Protection Plan differ from the included warranty?
Our standard 4-year warranty covers any defects in craftsmanship, but not accidental damage or punctures. The Accident Protection Plan expands that coverage to include accidental damage.
How long does the Accident Protection Plan provide coverage?
The Accident Protection Plan provides comprehensive coverage for four years from the time you receive your product.
What products are eligible?
The Accident Protection Plan is available to purchase for all Paddle North inflatable products.
Is this plan transferrable?
No. This plan is non-transferrable and only valid for the original purchaser.
How long do I have to add this to my purchase?
The Accident Protection Plan can be added to your order up to 30 days after the original inflatable purchase date.
I purchased multiple inflatables, do I have to purchase multiple Accident Protection Plans?
The Accident Protection Plan is only valid and applicable towards one inflatable product. If you'd like to provide coverage for multiple items, then you would need to purchase the same number of Accident Protection Plans. One Accident Protection Plan per product is required.
