Do you really offer a 4-Year Warranty?
Yes! Our entire inflatable fleet is covered by a comprehensive 4-year warranty, giving you peace of mind when making your decision to buy.
What is your return policy
You can return within 30 days of receipt of the product. The product can be used, but not have any physical damage. You are required to pay for any shipping in a return.
Can I shop in person?
Yes! We have two retail stores.

What is a preorder?
A pre-order is something we offer when a product is out of stock. If a product says pre-order online, it is out of stock at all stores. You can then preorder it for the next production batch.
