This is a 4.5' mooring bungee that can stretch to 6.5'. One of these is included with each Utility Dock purchase.
They work great to secure Paddle North products to a dock, anchor, or behind a boat.

We purchased 4. 2 for our kayak and 2 for our paddle board. Works great for attaching to the pier while we take a break. Has plenty of stretch to allow movement so it doesn't tug on the kayak and paddle board in case it's a bit breezy or waves.

Light, Gorilla strength, perfect length and versatility, The loop is perfect size - I use these with my XL utility dock and trust they will hold it in any weather. I also use these for my kayaks - I highly recommend this product.
